Ok, this is work and we’re all here to make money, but there’s no reason not to have a good time while we’re doing it. Throughout our season, we will have a series of weekly competitions that include team or individual events. These competitions will be compiled throughout the summer to crown our very own KING of the Hill.

Summer Launch Training
All PestOps reps are required to attend
The summer sales contract period is May 1, 2017– September 1, 2017.
We will hold pre-season training and summer preparation meetings that will be required. The dates above require your attendance as a PestOps Rep. Mark your calendar.
Yes, you can sell pre-season. This is a great idea to break through the learning curve. A flat rate of $100 per serviced account will be paid for all pre-season accounts sold. You will get paid remainder of commissions following PestOps normal pay structure throughout the year.
Yes, this will be crucial to your summer for coordination with your office.
Of course. It must be earned by hitting certain sales levels, certain recruiting requirements, and by gaining the respect of those around you. You must show characteristics of loyalty, consistency, and the ability to lead a team in the PestOps Way. Discuss further questions and details with your manager.
Yes. There will be frequent office incentives throughout the summer.
Absolutely. PestOps will provide formal classroom sales training followed by one-on-one coaching with your manager. There will also be opportunities to have a video analysis of your initial approach.
